Police blotter quote of the day.Last month Ron Artest was cited for neglecting dogs on his property, and now his troubles have escalated.I had hoped this meant the neglected dogs band together for revenge. But no, he's just under arrest again. Adding valuable ink to his Nobel Peace Prize application, Mr. Artest got "tagged" for spousal abuse. But I still like his music.
