The Dallas News reports this morning that the Rangers are in the hunt for former Dodgers Kenny Lofton and Eric Gagne. Both players had been made irrelevant to the 2007 lineup with the signings of Juan Pierre and Takashi Saito.
San Francisco and Cleveland are reportedly in the running for Gagne. The Cubs are the only other team mentioned to be interested in Lofton.
