From "Dodgers won't seek tampering charges in J.D. Drew case" by Steve Henson at the L.A. Times:
After briefly contemplating filing tampering charges against the Boston Red Sox for acting improperly in discussions with the agent for J.D. Drew, the Dodgers have decided against taking any action, baseball sources said Monday.
Maybe the Dodgers went the classy route after figuring that filing charges against a team wouldn't be the best way to facilitate future trades involving a power-hitting left fielder.
