Opening a thread for tonight's matchup between the US, who clawed out a 6-5 victory over Canada, and Venezuela, who blanked Italy 7-nil. There is absolutely no information on the starting pitchers or game preview on MLB.com as of 1:30p; you'd think they didn't want their own event to succeed.
