That might be the only positive attribute of those otherwise annoying LED billboards popping up all over LA: the ability to put up new material at a moment's notice. Kudos to the Dodgers for the quick turnaround--for once, the Dodgers appear to be actually winning the Los Angeles city advertising race, after being scooped by the Angels in prior years...
Although it's probably an illegal billboard.
I agree, Orel. Between that and the ridiculous Statue-of-Liberty-1969 illegal building wraps that are all over town--someone needs to stop the outdoor advertising industry before it chokes Los Angeles even further. It's out of control.
Sadly. Since it was so close to the season they were short on billboard space so they had to plaster this one over the Juan Pierre "Hey! I'm still here!!" billboard.
