Brett Anderson (0-0, -.--) vs. Chase Anderson (0-0, -.--)
Welp, only three games deep into the season (Dodgers sit at 2-1), we start a pitcher whose game day scouting report notes "All eyes will be on the radar gun as Anderson barely reached 90 mph in his final tuneup against the Angels, although he insisted his surgically repaired back is fine." Your re-vamped lineup, ladies and gentlemen! It may well take Adrian Gonzalez hitting 17 home runs tonight to overcome the dread D'bags in what has recently been a tense rivalry, including most recently a dust-up in a Spring Training game.
We here at Sons have always relished noting interesting names in the players we watch, and tonight is no different. Anderson vs. Anderson. B vs. C. We like that symmetry. Which reminds me of the fascinating player name collision I came across during Wednesday night's game as I "watched" it the only way I could: MLB GameDay on my phone while sitting at a bar watching the Angels game.
Y so many Ys these days, boys?
Enjoy the game, and, if not that, the nomenclature.

I am so not a robot. I am, however, up in dis bish.
So far so good with this sketchy DNS setup.
Puig has definitely not looked good this season. Unintelligent ABs.
AGon with a base hit making him 11-14 on the season.
Aaaaaaaand my internet is jacked up. Back to the radio.
Tuuuuuuuufffffyyyy!!! Tuuuuuuuufffffyyyy!!!
Paulie G HR makes it 3-0. That fucker just kills us year in and year out.
YG yanks one long to make it 3-1!
God damn man your name is Tuffy. Look at yourself.
JRoll double ties it up!
Puig just looks terrible at bat. WTF did he do in the offseason, get a lobotomy?
Somebody stole his Lobot action figure, I mean.
Y'all ain't earning the PGT tonight, dear readers. Where my dawgs at?
Garcia very impressive in his relief appearance. Kid has some stuff.
How did Anderson do?
Our Anderson, that is
Joc almost gave it a ride!
He was shaky to start then settled in. Gave it up to Paul G but had decent enough outing. Rick Flair was pleased.
Damn. Pollock made a nice play to not let that get by him. Otherwise Puig is standing at third.
Goddammit I want this one.
But, I want them all.
Dammit, Grandal.
Not lookin good
WELP
I just finished eating some delicious Chinese food, and now I'm being served a big ole shit sandwich.
It is way early obviously but this team sure seems like it doesn't have any fire yet.
Top of the 18th Yankees vs Red Sox!
Going to bot 18, Red Sox 5, Yankees 4. Let's go for 20!
