And I'm not just using extraneous apostrophes for the phrase, "Opening Day." Since there have already been real, non-exhibition games played in Japan, today is technically not the first game of the season. Nor is it our Dodgers' Opening Day, alas. Nonetheless, there is one game being played. In the Miami Marlins of Miami's new stadium, the soothing, familiar cry of "Play Ball!" will be heard, and all will be right with the world. Play ball, indeed.
Probables:
St. Louis: Lohse (0-0, -.--)
Miami: Johnson, Jo (0-0, -.--)
UPDATE: MLB GameDay has updated their background to include the new dodgy home run feature.

Hoping for a home run, so we can see the pachinko machine in action.
I was listening to the Pre-game on MLB Radio. On field interview with Nutsack, who said it looked like someone threw up in left field.
Who is this little dumbass kid who doesn't know how long his dad has been in Afghanistan and doesn't know the difference between a year and a month? They really should have thought this gag through a little better.
Orel looks really angry.
@MLASC Like this?
SoSG Orel has a new avatar!
This game just lost me by ESPN playing AC/DC. I'm outta here.
I need to say for the record: fuck the Cards!
Feel the hate, Brother Brim!
Sometimes I feel like watching a game without announcers. This game is one of them.
Other times I feel like listening to the announcer without watching the game. Like when we are losing badly but Vin is calling the game.
Interesting game in Miami.
Nevermind...
