A bit of hilarity over at ESPNLA, via Jon Weisman's Twitter:
Yes, that's a genuine caption. It's all in good fun now, but it won't be as funny if that's still Loney's home run total in September.

Pujols ends his 0-for-21 slump with a single in the 6th, and is immediately erased trying to stretch it into a double.
Oh, the sweet, sweet schadenfreude.
I have as many HR as Albert Pujols
Angels lose again. Walden gives up a walk-off HR to Brandon Allen.
I read that they had a players-only meeting today. Glad that didn't help.
Is there a Sons-like Angels blog?
via ESPN's Baseball Tonight Facebook feed:
"On this date in 1961, Roger Maris hit his first HR on his way to 61."
Granted it was only the 11th game (vs. Anaheim's 19th) and He did have a guy by the name of Mickey Mantle protecting him.
I got to believe Pujols will be alright BUT there's still alot of people down the 5 fwy that are freaking out and I love it
