Post-Game 13 Thread: Whew!

Per SoSG readers' request (Wicks, Alex), we give you Misty May Treanor and Star Wars. It's like she's saying, "Look at those little Jawas down there."

The Dodgers moved to 1-for-Outside California, and 10-3 overall, salvaging one of three in their stand with the Brewers. All these games were close, and today was no exception. But the boys gutted it out on some great fielding plays late. Earlier, Matt Kemp added his NL-leading 7th HR of the season.

On to Houston, and let's win there!

All three games could have gone either way.

Sometimes a little luck is involved.

Great win for the blue crew. Now come the Colt 45's... Will loney bust out in his hometown?

I'm going to need to pick up some 40-dawgs of .45 for this series.

@Marla

Were the Stat Lickers carrying on today re Guerra?

That's a great idea dusty re 40s of 45.

Damn,i think google is bi-polar. make up your goddamn mind with the comment page layout already.

I think that's Marla's "common fan on Twitter" voice. It's hard to distinguish from his stat-licker mocking voice.

It's a gray line indeed, Nomo.

Nomo is correct. I was mocking Twitter fans who don't understand baseball.

Dusty Baker said...

That's a tall task, Marla. Carry on by all means!

Treanor was not so good in the eighth from the plate, however.

On the other hand, I just saw the Jerry Hairston defensive highlights and he was the bomb today at third. If I were Juan Uribe, I might feel a little more emo today than normal.
