The NL is just superior.
Washington is catching all kinds of hell for how he managed them to a loss. Don't get me wrong, he made some BAD decisions, but he's not the one who had to make the pitches in the bottom of the ninth (and tenth).
Also, on a side note, Googling "Joe Buck sucks" pulls 913,000 hits.

He just wouldn't shut up grinding salt in Rangers' fans wounds last night, had to mute him and sync up my iPhone AtBat app audio from the StL game-callers.
