Adieu, Lady Drew, we'll miss you. We'll miss your grit, your hustle. We'll miss agonizing over whether to nickname you "Bulldog" or "Nails." We'll miss your scintillating post-game interviews and the occasional bon mot you dropped just to keep us on our feet. We'll miss it when you break your bat over your knee after a tough strikeout. We'll miss your veteran clubhouse leadership and how you'll totally get into an insouciant rookie's face. We'll miss how you say you'd play this game for free.
But most of all, we'll miss your 20 HR and 100 RBI.
