I can see the top from here. Let's keep climbing that stairway to heaven...
Sick
Marmol DFA'ed?
MLB Memes mentioned it, but I haven't seen it anywhere else.
Heard the same rumor on MLB Network radio this morning re Marmol. The theory was that trading Gurrier a) got rid of Gurrier b) cleared cap space for international signings c) meant that if no one else picks up Marmol (clears waivers) them Dodgers could still grab him and send him to minor leagues to straighten his shit out (if he would agree).
DFAing him is the only way to send him to the minors. (He even agreed to accept the assignment.) No one else is going to claim him.
In other news, Luis Cruz IS a Yankee.
Don't forget to cast your all-star ballot and write in Puig.
I just voted for Puig 25 times. Thanks for the reminder, EricoPerico.
I also voted for Juan Pierre 25 times, because why the hell not.
I voted for Juan Pierre's oversized hate 25 times.
LOL oversized hate.
Hah! I feel the hate even when I'm not.
