Dodgers Mentioned In The 2013 ESPN Fantasy Top 100

From the 3/18/2013 issue of ESPN the Magazine, here's the Dodgers that rank atop the fantasy charts:

#6 Matt Kemp OF
#14 Clayton Kershaw SP
#23 Hanley Ramirez 3B/SS
#40 Zack Greinke SP
#41 Adrian Gonzalez 1B

The Dodgers are well-represented. Another article gives Kershaw a 16% chance of getting to 20 wins (Yu Darvish leads that category with a 21% chance); a 87% chance of having an ERA under 3.00; a 91% chance of having a WHIP under 1.2; and a 88% chance of reaching 180 Ks. Oh, and Kershaw leads those last three categories (based on ZIPS projections). That's an awful lot of pressure!

Kemp with a triple and a RBI to make it 2-0 Dodgers over Angels in the 8th.

Sac fly for Ethier makes it 3-0.

Los Feliz.

One suggestions:

For a really great bfast that is not upscale necessarily but excellent food and a class place, go to downtown LA and have breakfast at a place Bottega Louie at 7th and Grand. Very reasonably priced for such a great place. One of our favorites.

Don't go to the failed Flaming Menudos-themed Afghani restaurant in Silver Lake.

If you give me more parameters (food style, timing, area willing to drive, etc) I can give you more suggestions.

Love Bottega Louie. I'm tempted to go but was thinking of trying something different. Just looking good food ( and maybe somewhere i can get a morning drink ) American or Mexican. Have car will travel but like to stay close to the Ravine.

That was Neeebs and JCs joint venture. Coco Loco and I had the food truck actually inside the restaurant but totally
separate business.

@Paul: why not Philippe's? They raised prices recently but their breakfast special still has fluffy pancakes and nice over easy eggs...which can be matched with pie or a French dip sandwich of course

Philippe's is always strong but I'd also guess the entire Dodger nation will also have the same idea. If you do go there, don't sleep on the lamb w bleu cheese (Blue!) dip.

From the mean streets of La Jolla.

Thanks for the recs guys. I'll let you know on the food blog "Flem de la Spank" but I might just go with the original plan and get wasted on the streets of Los Angeles brown bag in hand.

Alcove is awesome, as is Home, which is pretty much across the street from Alcove.

If you do the brown bag thing let me know bc I too am looking for a place to partake of the hops before the game.
