I love this gif!
Okay, enough throwing at Victorino's head. I'm over it.
Dusty's BFF is giving an interview on MLBtv
@Spank
Frank Lampard is on?
I hereby declare Shane Victorino to be the human unibrow of the Dodger organization.
We keep trying to shave him off, but he grows back thicker and darker each time.
Is that Buster Posey throwing the ball?
@Orel
No it was in a game against the Marlins. Not sure who the catcher was.
Interesting, from Ken Gurnick's article on the SV acquisition:
"Victorino is a three-time Gold Glove center fielder, where the Dodgers have reigning Gold Glover Matt Kemp. But Kemp told the club he would move to left field if it meant acquiring a player like Victorino, who hasn't played left field since 2006."
First I've heard that they may consider moving Kemp to LF and put SV in at center. Thoughts?
I'm pretty sure the catcher was Brett Hayes
Shouldn't they move Kemp to right and Ethier to left?
That would make a ton of sense, Marla. Stop it!
So long as they're both out on the field, I don't object so much to it.
I'd actually rather Andre get shuffled to left, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
DAMMIT!
It may make some short-term sense while Kemp continues to treat his hammy with caution. Maybe that was some of the initial thinking.
The fact that Kemp is ok with a potential move over is even more encouraging. He wants what's best for the team and likes this deal. Right on, Beast Mode.

IF they offer him a contract next year, that would be the configuration I prefer given they'll have spring training to get broken in.
I think the catcher is Gabby Hartnett.
I just hope Donnie can configure off-days so Shane, Hanley, Matt and Andre aren't all on the bench for the same game. That would be incredibly depressing to watch.
You mean like June?
@Marla
And, inevitably, that will be a Saturday home game where the fifth starter goes up against our opponent's number one. And I'll be there, crying.
That one game without Kemp, Ethier and Ajellis was sensory torture.
That's nice of MAtty, but if anyone should move it should be Ethier, of course i doubt he'll want to that arrogant prick........oh wait did i say that out loud?
Per Dodgers, Victorino is expected to arrive tomorrow morning and be in uniform in time for Dodger baseball at 12:10pm.
Damn, wish I could do the businessperson special tomorrow to see this whole new-look squad.
You said what everyone was probably thinking. DKOTG.
I say put Victorino on the I-5.
^heh
@Stubbs 2:28p: Announcers here on the full clip say the catcher is indeed Brett Hayes.
