Chris Capuano (4-6, 4.16 ERA) vs. David Price (6-5, 3.36 ERA)
Baseball's hottest two teams square off in this, the first of a three-game series. The Dodgers have only ever played the Rays six times, splitting the spoils. In fact, the Rays have never visited Dodger Stadium before. With this visit, there is only one other team in MLB never to have visited another's team's Yard (Pod Rays have never played at Toronto, which most would view as fortunate).
Tonight's game features some interesting player dynamics in this series, too. Old friend James Loney makes his return to Dodger Stadium while Carl Crawford and J.P. Howell face their former team. It would be a classy move for fans attending the game to give Loney a warm welcome as he takes the field in the same way that Cardinals fans welcomed Skip Schumaker back this past week.
Dodgers enter the weekend 5.5 games ahead of the D'bags, who have a home series versus the Mets. Going to be tough to defend that lead, but fresh off the 7-1 road trip, we have plenty of momentum.
Anyone planning to be at games this weekend? Drop a comment and let us know. Yours truly will likely be out there tonight.

@Gnomes: just read your umami/Uribe comment from yesterday's GT. classic shit. Almost lost my breakfast
(I'm not on LA timezones)
That lineup seems kinda weak.
As long as Loney stays off the 101 freeway in the Sherman Oaks area, I'm okay with him being in LA.
I'd cheer for Loney when he takes the field and when he GIDPs.
I'd love to see a Loney GIDP, for old times' sake.
We have to get at least one in the series.
Is this our "B" lineup or "C" lineup?
Did I miss 114PGT
Cap'n 123
After the last two plays, I'd say its our "E" team.
Someone tell Puig to hit a cutoff man!
Well, this game is going down shitter real quick
Puig looks lost in center.
Good play by Uribe and FedEx to save a run.
Hang in there fellas, keep them at 3
We're getting spanked like a $20 hooker
Well this is gonna hurt the +\-.
Uribe comes through! This game ain't over yet. Let's do this, Dodgers!
Marmol strikes again, or rather doesn't strike ever again

This team is f'ing ridiculous. I woke up just in time to see that 9th.
Lyons just turned into everybody's grandpa with that hat rant.
Lyons is right. I guess I'm the grandma.
No, he's definitely right. Damn kids.
Fuckin hell! I had to leave a bit early [for a reason] but got home to see the end. Magic night at the Yard.

Holy shit Batman. I'm in an airport lounge halfway around the world and the last time I checked, we were down 6-0 and League was pitching and it was midway through the game.

Shit
rewatching the 9th now
attaboy Skip!
Dee had no chance there
It's funny watching replays with Vin. It seems like he knows what's going to happen before we do
MEllis with the triple, Skip scores!
Punto with a double on the next pitch! 6-5
AG into the other corner and we are tied! Nothing like a single and 3 consecutive extra-base hits to score some runs
I love the crowd, everybody's standing
Puig with the IBB, Jerry up
Clayton looks happy
Hanley soaks Puig with a bucket of water in the happy dugout!
Joel schmo time. WHAT IS GOING ON?
Ho Lee Shit I still can't believe it.
Breaking: MLB has decided to allow the results of last night's game stand.
