ESPN.com: Bobby Valentine gets Red Sox job
UPDATE 12:23p:: Source: Bobby Valentine not favored? (ESPN.com) has more:
ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney had heard similar rumblings, citing sources Wednesday saying that "some Red Sox players have been upset" that Valentine had emerged as a candidate and have been "grumbling to each other, through texts and phone calls.""They're going to have a mess on their hands," the source said when asked what would happen if Valentine, who at that time was just one of several candidates, was hired.
This is going to be a delightful train wreck to (continue to) watch.

Damn, that's a good looking 'stache.
The Muppets are everywhere these days.
So, who will replace him on ESPN, Ray Romano, Harold Ramis, or Kermit the Frog?
Will his team be called the "Bobby Sox?"
If the players don't like Valentine, they should call Bowa in for an interview just to put the fear o' God in 'em.
I think EK should replace him.
