Okay, we won 6-5. But we may have lost Pederson.
Meanwhile, SF was up 8-5 on the lowly A's, through seven innings. It's now OAK 13-9
going to the bottom of the ninth
Yikes, A's barely hang on to win 13-11.
Yay WINZ! BOO BAEZ! BOOEZ?
Joc with just a bruised shoulder. That's a relief!

Stewart looked fantastic for 4 of his 5 innings but a shitty broken bat bleeder away from the shift, then a jamshot bloop into right (which Puig gagged on) led to a meltdown. Kirk Nooowenhice hit a 3R homer and that was followed by singles, walks and a Braun double turned an otherwise good start into a mess. The kid was great in innings 3-5 though and seems promising overall
that combined with the fact that we can't hit makes for a long night where FB turns in early despite the east-coast-friendly start time
i turned in on the west coast before it started. pinche Doyers.
Oof Clayton to the DL
i guess he got an epidural - that's some serious shit
Reading other blogs, it looks like he'd combine the DL with the all-star break for a long rest and would only miss 2 starts, but may not be ready to come off the DL even then
Where have you gone, Sue Falsone?
