Mike Bolsinger (0-1, 6.23) vs. Daniel Wright (0-0, -.--).
Mike Bolsinger may have found positives in his last start, his season debut, but I think the noteworthy thing from his last start was that the Angels found their way with Bolsinger, who yielded seven hits and three earned runs in a short 4.1 inning stint. Which the Dodgers lost, 8-1.
Luckily for the Dodgers, the second-worst team in the NL happens to also be sending an unproven lamb into the slaughter (if the Dodgers' woeful offense had a shred of potency), with Daniel Wright from AAA-Louisville making his major league debut tonight. Wright, a 10th round draft choice in 2013 from Arkansas State, , had his worst season last year in double-A ball:
The 2015 season, spent in Double-A, was by most measures his worst, and it wasn’t even that bad. He struck out a career-low 7.5 batters per nine innings and walked just 2.7 per nine.
So, to recap: We're throwing a soft tosser. The Reds are throwing someone who isn't that bad. Sounds like a hell of a night at the Stadium this evening. Take a chance, and win some crap!

"don't wear him out..he's gotta work tonight". love The Jerk
Yasiel taking grounders at SS and Kenley taking them at third during warm-ups. What's going on here???
Bolsinger has a no-hitter through one out
And, there goes the no-hitter (one out Joey Votto double)
Bolsinger escapes the first inning!
0-0 through 0.5
back-to-back leadoff singles for Utley and Seager.
uh oh, risp.....
1-2 to Turner, who started off the AB foul bunting. Huh?
Chutley in on JTs blooper!! 1-0 Good Guys...
TURNER! Cheapie short pop fly, and Utley keeps running and scores (despite a good throw from RF Jay Bruce).
1-0 LA
noice
looks like you guys are my eyes and ears today
disappointing. Can't score another run off this clown.
1-0 through 1
Spanky...I was just going to ask you if you're flying blind tonight.
yep. no game on the telly nor can i stream game from my site
maybe later
Bolsinger gets a K!
most player days on DL: LA leads the league, but almost 100 days over #2 (Oakland)
and, we're losing. 2-1 through 3.5 thanks to a Reds double and HR.
Leadoff bloop single for Thompson to leadoff the fourth
Vin just said a stat that I don't think is correct; he said the Dodgers have lost 24 games this year? I thought we were 23-23
maybe he's already calling this a loss
PEDERSON TIES IT! Double scores Thompson. Sweet swing and easy stroke to left center.
2-2
Joc doubles in Trayce...all tied 2-2.
Dammit Sax.
3-2 on Barnhardt error.
PEDERSON MANUFACTURES A RUN!
Pederson steals third and the throw goes into left field, so Pederson scores: 3-2 LA
When is Grandal going to start hitting
Bolsinger's walk up is Sinatra's Fly Me to the Moon...Way cool!
Grandal walks but is thrown out by a mile. Unfortunately that leaves Bolsinger still AB to start the next inning
3-2 Dodgers through four
(Grandal thrown out trying to steal second)
Sorry, Bolsinger was rung up last inning, so Utley will leadoff.
Reds go down 1-2-3 in the fifth.
3-2 LA through 4.5
when is anyone going to start hitting
haha,downward dog...doesn't sound like a yoga move....
now back to this one
hard to believe Kershaw's been in the majors for 8 years.
now back to this one
pitching change. nice job Bolsinger.
Two out in the sixth inning. Let's bring in the guy with the 40.50 ERA.
Luis Avilan gets an out, ERA plummets to 27.00
3-2 LA through 5.5
Trayce with the triple
Puig scores the Traycester
4-2 LA, Pederson on third and Yasiel on first.
Gotta call for the delayed double steal
fucing Puig. hustle man. dont look at your flyball like a mutt.
4-2 Dodgers
damn. Reds have a worst bullpen than ours. didn't think that was possible
more blunders on the basepaths this time courtesy of Pederson
Pederson gets caught sneaking too far down the line on Grandal's hit to first. Grandal FC, men at first and second with two out and Kendrick up.
Wow how did Puig score there??? Amazing.
Kendrick hits to first, Puig keeps running as Votto bobbles it. Indeed, Puig's slide (with the bat in the way) is right over the plate before the tag.
5-2 LA
Puig scores from second on a misplayed ground ball to first. that was noice hustle.
Pretty nice baserunning, Puig.
great slide too
that was the Reds' sixth error in two games
Hi-Chew...candy from the Phillipines. like Starburst but better. good stuff. apple, grape and mango all day.
Blanton getting hit hard, but two fly outs to Pederson
Blanton with a 1-2-3 inning. i have witnessed a miracle
Baez warmimg up. we best score more runs pronto
c'mon, guys. Two on, none out, and we can't score (A-Gon FC, Thompson K, Joc fly out). Boo.
5-2 LA through 7
Baez with a 1-2-3 inning. another miracle.
bottom eight, two-out walk to Howie
and a two-out walk to Utley, too
Crap, I dozed off (shut up Spanky).
