Interesting Observation About The Upcoming LCS / World Series

No matter who wins today's Dodgers-Mets game, all of the remaining 2015 MLB games will have a lot of the color blue on the field and in the stands.

Do not adjust your television set.

I'm just hoping that one of them is Dodger Blue. I am trying to stay humble and not my cocky (no relation to Chutley's) bitchy self in hopes of not angering the baseball gods.

Nomar closed out the Tuesday nights win postgame show with this message: "All fans, whatever you did today do it again on Thursday". Of course we baseball fans are far from a superstitious bunch (yeah, right) but just to be on the safe side let's all do our part.

In all of the fun and excitement our BOYS are providing us, let's not forget that our beloved Vin is convalescing and that Lamar Odom is fighting for his live in Nevada. Sometimes, life has a way of putting things into perspective. Prayers to both men and their families.

Regarding the blue teams: If a team was to host a "Blue Out" game, it doesn't seem like it would really affect the visiting team since that's their color too. Do you think a team would try to combat this by hosting a "Green Out" game instead? Something to throw off the opposing team (and possibly the home team). My mind is wandering at work and I can't focus on anything besides tonight's game.

Under my work shirt is the same shirt I wore for the last two Greinke games, nope, not superstitious at all!

[For those keeping score at home, it was game 2 on Saturday and game 161 the previous Saturday]
