Mike Bolsinger had his best outing of the year today: eight innings of one-hit ball, scattering 8 Ks across the Padres. Joc Pederson had a HR in the bottom of the first to take the lead, and Justin Turner added a RBI double when he scored bobblehead star Adrian Gonzalez in the sixth.
Matt Kemp went 0-for-3 and is batting .250. I don't see this getting any better between now and the All-Star break. It's sad, because I like Kemp; but man, I'm glad we've got Pederson.
