Clayton Kershaw has had a rough go at it this year, but his 6.2 IP, 4 R, 3 ER, 3 BB and 10 K performance was just enough to get the Dodgers the victory. Jimmy Rollins (solo HR and RBI single), Justin Turner (2-RBI double), Andre Ethier (RBI single), and Adrian Gonzalez (run-scoring GIDP) all contributed to give LA a 6-0 lead.
But things got dicey in the top of the seventh, when Kershaw left the game with a 6-1 lead and two on. Paco Rodriguez gave up a single and bases-clearing double (to Daniel Descalso), before Yimi Garcia came in and got Wilin Rosario to K for the third out. Much harder than it has to be, fellas!
