Post-Game 16 Thread: Greinke Gets Us Back In W Column

Just another Greinke victory, ho hum

DODGERS 3, PADRES 0

Coming off a sweep in San Francisco, Zack Greinke took the hill in San Diego and shut the Padres down over seven strong innings. A second-inning single from Juan Uribe (his first of the year; we can't lose this guy from our team!) was enough to have the Dodgers coast to victory. But Carl Crawford added a solo HR in the seventh (hope Crawford can deliver for us this year!), and Joc Pederson added a sacrifice fly in the ninth inning (hope Pederson can realize his potential this year!).

The only concern for us Dodger fans is Yasiel Puig, HBP on the knee in the second inning, and then reaggravating his hamstring injury in the sixth (when he exited). Hold your breath! Division lead is at 0.5 games, as Colorado also won (and leapt into second place, a half-game ahead of San Diego).
