Roki Sasaki's first win in the majors was on May 3, 2025. Almost a full year later, Sasaki got his second career win, despite yielding three home runs and four earned runs over his very inefficient 5.0 IP.
The Dodgers' fourth-inning eruption of six runs was enough to take the 8-4 lead, and this time, the Dodgers tacked on four more runs to ice the game and send both teams to play substitutes.
We'll take it. The Dodgers remain in second place in the NL West, a half-game behind the Padres.
