Angels scored with a solo shot by Kole Calhoun. Verdugo was tracking it in center field, and went pretty hard into the padding as he appeared to misjudge how much space he had left. Hope he's okay. It wasn't Bryce Harper speed, but it was pretty fast.
Dodgers scored their third run when Hernandez doubled home Taylor in the second. Ball was in Puello's glove on a diving attempt, but it bounced out. Kiké gets some luck
And, Floro coughs up the lead in the bottom of the seventh. Two-run Trout HR

Kelly's two runs came with only one ER, and he did get three Ks in the inning. So his ERA improved...to 7.59
On the plus side, Dodger fans helped set an Angel Stadium attendance record. 45,477 in attendance last night. Not even the Angels World Series games hosted more fans!
GAME 2
Meada has a crappy first inning. 5-0 Angels.
Now it’s 5-1! If this game were to 15 innings, we would tie!
Maeda had a worse inning than Meada. He’s settled in some now too.
And, we are done. 5-3 loss, solo shots from Muncy (2x) and Freese.
