60ft6in said...: Aloha! Just northeast from the southern tip of the Big Island is a green sand beach that a UH Hilo geology professor took us to on a field trip during the fall semester of 1977. The green sand came from a rock named Olivine. It would be a poor substitute for infield grass. Play ball!; 4/02/2016 7:42 PM
