Meh. I'd rather cut ties than be stuck with another 200 million dollar contract for a guy in his mid to late 30s--Kevin Brown and Jason Schmidt come to mind. I mean, ideally he would have been here for the duration of his original contract, but a guy who only goes 6-1/3 isn't worth more than Clayton Kershaw. That's a lot of money to spend on other needs, of which we have plenty.

Ok, here's the plan....Tomorrow night I am planning a (peaceful?) protest. We will be meeting at the open public restroom at the closed down Vallero Gas Station in Brawley. Don' t sweat A guy who's name I can' t even spell, Cliff Beefpile! He would have drove you crazy. Every time I saw him pitch he would give up early runs and his team's would have to play catch up and he seemed to never have a shut down inning after his team scored. Is numbers seemed to be horrible last year. I think that is the guy they are getting
