Post-Game 58 Thread: Kings Win

KINGS 5, BLACKHAWKS 4 (OT)

The Kings rallied from a 2-0 and 3-2 deficit before sending the game to overtime tied at 4, and then scoring the go-ahead goal to advance to the Stanley Cup against the New York Rangers. Way to go, Kings!

--------------

PIRATES 5, DODGERS 3

Oh yeah, and this happened. Zack Greinke extends his streak of two straight games giving up two or more ER (6.0 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 7 Ks). Justin Turner provided almost the offense for us today (RBI single, scoring Matt Kemp; solo HR; and run scored in the ninth off a Scott Van Slyke single). With men at the corners and a potential rally starting, Dee Gordon (who has definitely outperformed this year, but was frustrating as all get out in this AB) lined to short on the very next pitch to extinguish said rally and end the game. Dodgers drop three of four to Pittsburgh and fall another game back of the Giants.

We gotta hit better too.

For all the retreads that Ned has spent on, only Puig is delivering this season
